DC-DC Converter

The new Powerstax ND0111 DC to DC converter is suited to a wide range of tasks and in particular for rolling stock, providing full isolation for primary as well as secondary from ground.
The Powerstax ND0111 provides 12 volt DC output for a range of input voltages from 30 to 120 volt DC, and with a very high efficiency of typically 90%.
Convection cooling applies for a 90 watt continuous rating and fan cooling for the 110 watt rating.
The Powerstax ND0111 DC to DC converters are characterised by a very compact footprint 2” x 5” (50.8 mm x 127 mm).
Reversed input protection and low inrush current provide a high degree of ruggedness.
The Powerstax ND0111 meets EN501555, EN60950-1, and EN55022, as well as safety standards UL/EN/IEC60601, and IEC60571.
Voltage isolation is up to 1500 volts rms on both input and output, and 500 volts DC to ground on both input and output.
