The XLN Series of programmable DC power supplies delivers up to 1560 watts of clean, reliable power with a compact 1U-high, 19-inch-wide form factor. These power supplies are designed to meet the needs of both system integrators and benchtop users. With fast command processing times of less than 50 milliseconds, and industry-standard GPIB, LAN, USB, and RS485 interfaces, they are perfect for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) applications. For benchtop use, the intuitive user interface, full keypad, rotary knob, and built-in voltage and current meters make operation easy and precise.

This series is ideal for system integration, product development, quality control, burn-in testing, and other demanding applications such as electro-plating. The XLN Series offers high power density and flexible control options, making it suitable for applications that require stable power in both bench and automated environments.

The 9115/B Series multi-range programmable DC power supplies are designed to replace several conventional supplies on your bench or in your rack. With automatic recalculation of voltage and current limits for each setting, these power supplies deliver full output power in any Volt/Amp combination within their rated limits, offering flexibility and performance in one compact unit. Whether used for benchtop applications or automated test systems, these supplies feature a range of control options, including a numerical keypad for direct data entry and knobs for precise incremental adjustments.

For system integrators, the 9115/B Series includes multiple communication interfaces such as USB, RS232, RS485, and LAN (9117 model only), supporting SCPI commands for remote programming. GPIB is available on select models for enhanced integration into existing test systems. Additionally, the 9115/B-AT model supports automotive power testing with waveforms compliant with DIN 40839 and ISO 16750-2:2012(E) standards, simulating conditions found in automotive environments.

The PVS Series, including the PVS10005, PVS60085, and PVS60085MR models, delivers clean and reliable output power up to 5.1 kW with excellent regulation and fast transient response, all packed into a compact 2U form factor. These power supplies are designed for a variety of applications, including R&D, design verification, high-voltage testing, production testing, and automated test equipment (ATE) system integration. The PVS Series also features a built-in Solar Array Simulator (SAS) function, making them suitable for solar array testing.

The MR Series high voltage multi-range DC power supplies provide up to 5 kW of clean output power in a compact 2U form factor, making them ideal for bench use and automated test systems. This series offers exceptional flexibility with wide-ranging voltage and current capabilities, effectively replacing multiple fixed-range power supplies.

For benchtop applications, the MR Series features an intuitive front panel interface that allows for list mode programming and slew rate adjustments. System integrators benefit from fast command response times, excellent regulation, and low noise performance, making these power supplies well-suited for automated systems. The series also supports a wide range of interfaces, including USB, GPIB, LXI-compliant LAN, and analog control for remote operation and system integration.

In addition, the MR Series includes a built-in Solar Array Simulator (SAS) function, enabling the generation of photovoltaic (PV) I-V curves for testing solar inverters. An optional SAS software package is available to simulate the I-V curves of various solar arrays under different weather and irradiance conditions.

The 9800/B Series is a versatile programmable AC source and measurement instrument designed for a wide range of applications. These fully programmable linear AC sources deliver up to 1500 VA through universal line output terminals located on both the front and rear of the unit. The output voltage can be varied from 0 to 300 V with a precise programming resolution of 0.1 V, while the output frequency is adjustable from 45 Hz to 500 Hz, including start and stop phase angles from 0 to 360 degrees. The bright VFD display provides real-time readings of Vrms, Irms, Ipeak, frequency, power factor (PF), apparent power, true power, and elapsed output time.

The 9830B Series programmable AC power sources are designed for high performance and low total harmonic distortion within a compact 3U form factor. With the ability to operate in DC and AC+DC output coupling modes, these power sources feature both positive and negative DC offset voltages, enhancing their versatility for various applications. Users can select from built-in and user-defined harmonic waveforms, as well as standard sine, square, or clipped sine outputs.

For applications requiring 3-phase power, users can connect three units of the same model in a master-slave configuration using optional 3-Phase sync adapters. The frequency range is adjustable from 45 to 600 Hz in 3-phase mode, making these sources suitable for a wide array of testing environments.
