The 891 Benchtop LCR meter is a highly versatile instrument capable of measuring inductance, capacitance, and resistance at DC or from 20 Hz to 300 kHz. Featuring a 4.3" color display, the 891 allows for easy viewing of measurements and parameters on a single screen. This meter also includes a bin sorting function and a frequency sweep function for quick sorting and characterization of components.
