The CWT Mini 50 High Frequency Current Probe series is designed for high-performance current measurement in power electronics and switching devices, featuring a Rogowski Coil sensor that is slim enough (3.5mm cross-section) to fit in very confined spaces, such as between the legs of semiconductor devices. This series offers high-frequency bandwidths up to 50MHz, making it ideal for measuring switching transients or pulsed currents ranging from 300mA to 30kA. The flexible clip-around coil ensures easy current monitoring without system disruption and is compatible with oscilloscopes, data loggers, power meters, and power analyzers.
