Structure and Configuration:

The 4013A integrates 12-bit A/D converters in each channel, sampling and converting voltage and current signals. These signals are processed by a 16-bit high-speed processor and the data is communicated via RS-232 interface. The power meter can be configured for various ATE setups, including systems with AC sources like the 5302A and 5303 AVR for inrush current testing.

Optional Configurations:

Can be integrated with the 6010 ATE for testing AC/DC adapters and chargers.
Compatible with 5302A 270VA AC Source, 5310 1KVA AC Source, and 5303 3KVA AVR for power parameter measurements and efficiency tests.
Supports simultaneous testing of up to 4 UUTs using 1-4 AC sources in conjunction with the 4013A Power Meter.
